Refund policy
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Cancellations, Amendments, returns and refunds – We do not accept any returns or issue any refunds unless the item(s) is faulty or damaged we will then always look after our customers and replace the item. Cancellation after submitting your order cannot be accepted. Once you have submitted an order, we cannot amend an order or add to it. Due to the speed we process orders, the items may have already be dispatched. If for any reasons we accept the cancellation for your order a fee will be deducted from the total, this is due to us being charged a fee by the payment provider and we cannot claim this back, so due to a customer mistake/unwanted order we will be charged through no fault of our own so please be aware of this before ordering and then wishing to cancel it.
Received the wrong item – If you have received the wrong item and are in the UK, we will resend out the correct item, the incorrect item will need to be returned. For all international orders if you receive the incorrect item, we may send you the correct item out or we will issue you a refund for the item you were missing. You must notify us about incorrect items received within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please keep all of your packaging and order confirmation to help us resolve this.
We do not offer any refunds or returns/exchanges on any items unless the item(s) are faulty. if your item(s) are faulty or damaged when received please contact us immediately within 48 hours so we can do our best to help. all products are thoroughly quality checked before being sent to ensure they are in perfect working condition.

PLEASE NOTE– we are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at check out. If you have entered your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, You will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend – p&p to be paid by customer for re shipping. if your order does not return back to us and is lost or damaged we will not be held responsible due to incorrect address. Shipping/Postage costs are Non-Refundable. If your order is refunded it will only be for the cost of the items in the order.
If your order is unable to be delivered to you it has our return address so will be returned to us. if you would like a refund for your order you will need to wait until the package has arrived back to us before we can issue a refund for the products (shipping non refundable)
Training Courses
Training courses are non refundable, but transferable to another date only if 2 weeks or more notice is given
Postponement of training by the academy
In the event a course is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible, with notification by SMS text and email. In such case, an alternative date will be provided. Such courses remain non-refundable but may otherwise be transferred to alternative courses if desired, to the same value. The Academy is not responsible for any loss of income or accommodation / travel costs incurred in the event that postponement of training courses is necessary.
Change of course
Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you book the incorrect course for your needs or make an error with your booking, we will honour a change to a different course, if there is more than 2 weeks notice prior to the course. No course price difference will be refunded, where applicable. Any additional course fee due will need to be paid at time of the course change.
Change of named student
Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you need to change the student attending from that named in the booking, this can be processed subject to an admin fee of £50 per change required. This must be requested by email to info@melash.uk no later than 48 hours before the course date.
